Can anyone help. I was always under the impression that algae was a good source of B vits and generally a positive supplement to take. Then I heard that Dr Robert Young (Supergreens) doesn't advocate algae in any form as it grows on stagnant waters (anything from stagnant source not good). It kind of made sense, but goes against all the positive literature I've read. Does anyone have a view on this. I'd like to know more.
